Reservations can be made over the phone by calling (203)775-4404, by email at email@example.com, or by completing our online reservation form. During summer months, school vacations, and major holidays, we recommend booking one month in advance. Resort rates increase during these high season periods, and require a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit. During off-season, you have 24 hours prior to the date of reservation to cancel. To book a reservation, we require a major credit card to hold your pet's room. You will receive an email confirmation of the dates and the room booked for your pet.
Health & Age Information
Upon booking, please let us know any medication your pet is currently taking, as well as previous health issues or surgeries. Pets that had dentistry, elective or major surgeries can board 2 weeks after the procedure. Taking into consideration a pet's age, dogs who are over 12 years will require approval from management.
What to bring:
Our receptionist will review all of the details of your pet's stay, as well as any special requests you may have. We provide linens, dishes, cots, and bedtime treats.

Let us know if someone else will be checking in, or picking up you pet. We will arrange to have the contract reviewed and signed by you prior to arrival. If someone other than you will be picking up your pet, we will need their name and phone number in advance to release your pet. Be sure to remind your friend/family member to bring photo ID to insure the safety of your pet.
Check-out time is by 12 noon to avoid being charged for that day. If your pet is being picked up before 12 noon we will not feed your pet.
